Welcome to Dance Conditioning Hub. By booking or participating in our sessions, classes, or programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services & Eligibility
Dance Conditioning Hub provides specialised conditioning, injury rehabilitation support, and performance enhancement training. These services are delivered through:

Private (1:1) Sessions – conducted in person (in-studio) or virtually (online).

Group Classes – conducted in person (in-studio) or virtually (online).
Our programs are specifically designed for professional dancers, pre-professional students, amateur dancers, and dance teachers or educators. To participate in any session or class, clients must be at least 11 years of age. For all participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign and agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to the first session.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Physical Liability Waiver

Not Medical Advice: While our training is informed by advanced movement and dance science, the content, exercises, and programs provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, surgery, or clinical physiotherapy.

Assumption of Risk: Physical training and dance conditioning involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk.

Physical Clearance: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. If you are returning from an injury, you must secure medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before joining our Rehabilitation Pathway. You must immediately inform your instructor of any pre-existing injuries, physical limitations, pain, or medical conditions before every session.
3. Virtual Training (Online Sessions & Classes)
For all virtual sessions streamed from the comfort of your home or remote spaces, you are solely responsible for your environmental safety. Dance Conditioning Hub is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from:

Inadequate, restrictive, or hazardous home flooring or space.

Environmental obstacles, tripping hazards, or structural constraints.

Poor internet connectivity or hardware malfunctions that interrupt visual or verbal safety cues during a live digital session.
4. Bookings and Payments

Advance Payments: All private sessions and group classes must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
5. Intellectual Property
All website text, custom-designed exercises, training frameworks, digital materials, and workshop concepts provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Dance Conditioning Hub. You may not record, film, distribute, reproduce, or commercially resell any of our training protocols or proprietary resources without explicit written consent.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate an active session or class membership immediately if a client displays inappropriate behaviour, fails to follow physical safety instructions, or poses a health and safety risk to themselves or others in the studio environment.
